Please note that Bell Centre tours are not available on concert days.
The Canadiens dressing room is not available on game day.

Each visitor obtains a 15% discount at the Tricolore Sports store. Valid on the day of the tour, by presenting your ticket at the store counter. Conditions may apply.

  4. Enter the Tricolore Sports Boutique at 1290 Avenue des Canadiens de Montréal (corner of de la Montagne street)

TICKETS INFORMATION

  • To minimize touchpoints and to follow public health guidelines, all tickets issued will be mobile. . All tickets will be accessible via the Montreal Canadiens app by using your Ticketmaster ID. Visitors will be required to download their ticket on their own cell phone before arriving at the Bell Centre.

 

RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • In order for all visitors to fully enjoy their Bell Centre experience, visitors are asked to refrain from shouting, running and otherwise behaving in a rowdy manner.
  • The administration has the right to restrict access or remove a person from the Bell Centre, with or without reimbursement, if his or her behavior is deemed inappropriate.

 

PERSONAL EFFECTS

  • The Bell Centre forbids all backpacks, bags, and packages. There is no coat check or bag check available on site. Weapons are strictly prohibited.

 

FIRST AID AND LOST AND FOUND

  • For first aid and lost & found articles, please ask a staff member for assistance.

 

FOOD AND DRINKS

  • Eating and drinking is strictly forbidden during the Bell Centre guided tours.

 

REDUCED MOBILITY ACCESS

  • The Bell Centre is wheelchair accessible. Please speak with a staff member on-site for assistance. Guide dogs for visually-impaired guests are welcome at the Bell Centre.

 

PHOTOGRAPHY

  • Personal, non-commercial photography is permitted and we encourage you to take photos of your favorite areas in the Bell Centre. Camera stands and/or supports (such as, but not limited to, tripods or monopods) and lighting attachments are prohibited.
  • It is strictly forbidden to film during the tour, regardless of the purpose or to make a sound recording.
