Wheelchair Tickets

The Bell Centre has areas exclusively dedicated to wheelchair customers and their companions. These areas are located on level 100 (red), row N and have direct access to street level doors for safety and accessibility in case of emergency measures. There is a limit of one companion per wheelchair customer.

Wheelchair Tickets and Sign language interpreter Tickets

The Bell Centre has areas exclusively dedicated to wheelchair customers and their companion, which areas may also, under certain circumstances, accommodate deaf, deaf-blind and hard or hearing customers requiring the services of a sign language interpreter. These areas are located on level 100 (red), row N and have direct access to street level doors for safety and accessibility in case of emergency measures, among other things. There is a limit of one companion per wheelchair customer or deaf, deaf-blind or hard of hearing customer.

Box Office Pick Up – « Will Call »

Will Call tickets are available for pick up at the Box Office on the day of the event during our event opening hours.

The following documentation must be presented at pick up:

  • The credit card used to purchase the tickets
  • An identity card with a photo identifying you as the holder of the card used to make the purchase

What happens in case of a Canceled or Postponed Event?

Canceled

In the case of a canceled event, we commit to inform you about it as soon as possible. Refunds will be made automatically to the credit card that was used during the purchase and will appear on your credit card account in the 10 to 30  business days following the cancelation of the event. For purchases made in person, we invite you to present yourself at the box office for a refund.

*Please note that the method of payment used for the refund will be the same as the method of payment used during the purchase.

Postponed

In the case of a postponed event, we commit to inform you about it as soon as possible. We invite you to keep your ticket since it will be valid on the new date of the event.

Accepted methods of payment at the Bell Centre box office

The box office accepts payment by debit or by credit card. It’s important to note that only the credit card holder is authorized to purchase tickets with their credit card. Bring a valid piece of photo identification when you come to buy your tickets because you could be asked to show it.

How do presales work?

A presale is an offer to make a purchase before the public on-sale. It’s an interesting opportunity to buy tickets. 

To take advantage of the evenko presales and to become an evenko member, CLICK HERE. If a presale is available for the show that interests you, an email will be sent to you a few days before the scheduled on-sale date. 

Several other types of presales can be offered for each show. The main presales are those offered to fan club members, by some credit card companies, and by the event promoters. 

To take advantage of fan club presales, you must be a member of the artist’s fan club and visit the artist’s website to check if a presale will be offered to members. 

Please note that only a limited quantity of our ticket inventory is available during presales. Thus, having access to a presale doesn’t guarantee having access to seats or to better seats. 

You don't have a credit card?

If you don’t have a credit card, it’s possible to buy your tickets in person at the box office using a debt card or a prepaid credit card. The box office does not accept cash.

It’s also possible to get a prepaid credit card in some financial institutions or retail outlets. In such a case, make sure to correctly activate your card and to keep it until the date of your event.

VIP Packages

Some artists offer VIP packages to their fans. Those packages vary from one show to another and don’t always include the same perks. For more details about VIP offers, you can visit your favourite artist’s website.

An email will be sent to you by those in charge of the package a few days before your event in order to provide more information on the package. If you wish to get more information about your package earlier, we invite you to visit the artist’s website and to communicate directly with their production team.

Minimum Age

Generally, there is no minimum age to attend our events at the Bell Centre. In a case where an age restriction is imposed, we indicate it on evenko.ca and you will be notified when you purchase tickets.

The minimum age to buy alcoholic drinks is 18. If you plan to have alcoholic drinks at the venue, please have in your possession two (2) valid pieces of identification and make sure to drink responsibly.

Tickets for children

Children below the age of 24 months can enter Bell Centre for free, but they must sit on the lap of the accompanying adult. Please note that if asked, you will have to show a piece of identification proving the age of the child.

From the age of 24 months, children must have a ticket in their possession and must sit in their own seat.

How come tickets sell so quickly?

If tickets sell quickly, this means that the event is very popular and that demand is high. A portion of tickets may have been sold during the presales. We invite you to read the Presales section to learn more. Furthermore, with the new technologies, it’s possible to sell hundreds of tickets per minute, which means that the inventory of available tickets is gone quickly.

Being fans ourselves, we understand the desire to attend the shows of our idols. We invite you to check out our tips to maximize your chances to buy tickets.

Ticket release

As an event approaches, the technical needs of the producers become more precise, which allows us to sell tickets that were originally not available for technical reasons. Furthermore, in the hours before an event, once the stage setup and the installation of the technical equipment are completed, evenko and the producers adjust the capacity and release new tickets, space permitting. Consequently, it’s possible that tickets closer to the stage will be available after your purchase. Be certain, though, that at the time you made your purchase, the best available tickets were those you have in your possession.

Please note that, as indicated in our purchase contract available at www.evenko.ca, there is no exchange or refund once a ticket has been purchased.

Venue, service and handling fees

A venue fee is a fixed fee making it possible to cover the maintenance and repair costs of the amphitheatre such as renovations or restoration and upgrade work. It’s applicable on every purchased ticket.

A service fee relates to the service that is offered to you during the purchase of your tickets. This fee is billed by the intermediary who sells tickets to you in order to cover operating costs such as call centres, box offices, managing and maintaining the websites, etc. The service fee varies from one show to another and from one venue to another. It is applicable on every purchased ticket.

The handling fee is a fixed fee applicable once for the overall order, which makes it possible to cover the costs of printing and sending the tickets in the case of a mailing, the Internet connection fees and the costs associated with a secure delivery in the case of electronic tickets, and the printing and handling of the tickets in the case of a will call.

Tips to maximize your chances to buy tickets

  • Presales offer an interesting possibility to purchase tickets before the public on-sale. We invite you to check out the Presales section for more details.
  • The sale system always offers you the best available tickets at the moment you make your purchase. Particularly in an on-sale context, if you reject the seat offer and try a new search, it’s possible that the system will offer you seats further from the stage.
  • In the hours before the show, it’s possible that the producers will release tickets. For more details, check out the Ticket Release section.

Please note that the chances to have access to tickets are the same whether you use the Internet, the phone or the Bell Centre box office. The Bell Centre and evenko strongly advise against buying tickets from resellers or from a third party.

Purchase from a third party – Ticket resale / “Scalping”

The Bell Centre and evenko strongly advise against buying tickets from an unauthorized reseller. We only guarantee the validity of tickets that are purchased at the official box offices or from authorized vendors (e.g. some fan clubs will sell tickets and/or VIP packages themselves). It’s impossible for us to determine the validity of a ticket purchased from an unauthorized reseller (street resellers [“scalpers”], classified ad websites) before the event. The validity will be confirmed at the door, at the moment of the event.

Partially obstructed view – Limited view – side of the stage – back of the stage

We indicate that seats offer a “partially obstructed view” or a “limited view” when a technical object could be blocking part of the stage. We can’t guarantee the view you will have of the stage.

Where is the Lost & Found?

Lost and founds can be picked up at the security desk (1225 St-Antoine Ouest) until the end of the event. Afterwards, please call the reception desk of the Bell Centre at 1-855-219-0576.

Items will be kept in consignment for 3 months, after which they will unclaimed items will be donated to charity.

Does the Bell Centre have phone charging stations?

For your convenience, phone charging stations are available free of charge at section 117, in front of gate 17.

What is Place des Canadiens?

Brick by brick, it’s your memories that helped to build the Place des Canadiens in La Cour Rio Tinto, which was inaugurated in September 2015. With the help of the brick locator, you can find the exact location of your brick amongst the thousands of others purchased by fans who really do represent the backbone of this team.

Use of strobes, lasers et pyrotechnics

Strobes, lasers, pyrotechnics or strong lighting may be in use during certain events.

Is there an information kiosk?

Should you have any question during an event, do not hesitate to ask one of our supervisors or to visit us at the Guest Services kiosk located at section 123.

Can I request a personalized message on the scoreboard?

It is possible to display a personalized message on the scoreboard to celebrate a birthday, anniversary, etc., with a fee of $200 (proceeds go to the Montreal Canadiens Children’s Foundation). Requests must be submitted here at least least one (1) business day prior to the game.

*Please note that marriage proposals will not be considered.

Private tours

How to get there?

The Bell Centre tours are located at Tricolore Sports. The entrance to the store is located inside the Lucien-L'Allier train station at 1290 avenue des Canadiens-de-Montréal (corner of Rue de la Montagne).

What is the duration of the visit?

The Bell Centre tour is an hour-long walking tour that includes elevators and the use of staircases.

Where to purchase tickets? Is it necessary to reserve in advance?

Online reservations:

You can purchase your tickets online on Ticketmaster. The starting point for the tours of the Bell Centre is located in the Tricolore Sports boutique. The entrance to the boutique is located inside the Lucien-L'Allier Station, at 1290 avenue des Canadiens-de-Montréal (corner of De la Montagne Street).

What is the visitor’s guideline?

Please note that the areas visited may change without notice, and that Bell Centre tours are not available on concert days.

*The Canadiens dressing room cannot be visited on game days and visits are always subject to availability.

Security Policy

What are the prohibited items?

For your safety and comfort, the following items are prohibited within the Bell Centre:

  • All backpacks, coolers and sports bags, regardless of size
    • For your convenience, there are LocketGo lockers available near the Lucien L’Allier entrance of the Bell Center.
  • Any bag exceeding 35cm X 35cm X 15.25cm; we encourage clients to bring bags that can easily be stowed under seats
  • Hard-covered briefcases
  • Weapons, knives, including but not limited to: blades, cutters, pocketknives (regardless of their size), aerosols, explosives
  • Flags, banners or posters that might obstruct an audience member’s view
  • Food, drinks, alcohol, glass bottles and cans
  • Professional cameras of video cameras, selfie sticks
  • Laser pointers
  • Any object that makes noise including but not limited to: bell, horn
  • Any animal except for service animals
  • Any other prohibited item in compliance with promotors’ request.
  • Any other item deemed suspicion by security personnel.
  • Any signs, messages or garment displaying offensive, obscene or derogatory characterization

What are the orders of the rows?

Unless there are specific demands by the producers, the order of the rows on the floor start by row A to Z, then AA to ZZ.

Here is the order of the rows in the stands:

  • Level 100: Rows AA to FF and then rows A to W
  • Level 200: Rows A to F
  • Level 300: Rows AA to FF and then rows A to D
  • Level 400: Rows A to D

General Admission Seating

The “General Admission” mention means that there are no seats. People who purchased tickets with the “General Admission” mention will enter the venue on a “first come, first served” basis and will remain standing during the entire show. The seat numbers are only for inventory purposes and don’t have any consequences on the evening of the show.
